There is a wood burning stove that will take the chill out of the air or set the stage for a quiet evening. Some firewood is included in the sale. Cabin has a small, portable propane tank and a tankless water heater. There are two, 200 gallon, water tanks and a portable, 100 gallon tank, that will be included in the sale. The bathroom currently has an RV style toilet as it uses less water and does not have the same problem of freezing in the winter like a conventional toilet.
